Easy Spaghetti with Spicy Tomato & Mushrooms sauce



The amazing thing about pasta is that its so variant, that you may never repeat the same recipe twice, or at least for a looong time.
Changing one or two ingredients, or changing the type of pasta, the method of cooking or the spices used, all will result in completely different texture and flavor of the dish
This recipe is so simple, and have a very few, simple ingredients. And as always, very low in fat, without neglecting the final product, regarding the delicious taste


Ingredients (2 servings):
  1. 200g Spaghetti
  2. Fresh Mushrooms
  3. Garlic
  4. 1-3 Red chili peppers
  5. 10-20g Butter
  6. Tomato sauce (pure tomato)
  7. Salt & Pepper
  8. Cheese (Parmigiano)


Instructions:
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water, till al-dente (while preparing the sauce)
  2. Thinly slice your Mushrooms, Garlic and Peppers
  3. Melt the butter over high heat, add you peppers and mushrooms, and fry until the mushrooms takes a golden color
  4. Add the garlic, and stir for a minute
  5. Add 1/4-1/2 a cup of tomato sauce, enough to only lightly cover the pasta
  6. Drain the pasta into the sauce, and preserve 1 cup of the water
  7. Add the water gradually into the sauce pan, and mix, cook until almost completely absorbed
  8. Serve with grated cheese on top
